Interns are expected to bring strong creative value to the business. All internships are paid positions, typically with a fixed-term contract of six months or more. All interns receive training and mentoring.

A fixed-term contract is designed to give you a chance to learn about our company and culture, and to get your teeth into a project. Part-time paid internships may also be available for undergradates looking to fit in an internship with their studies. We are founders and strong supporters of the IBP Summer Internship Scheme which provides opportunities in PR and journalism to people from underrepresented groups.

Shorter-term periods of voluntary work experience are sometimes available in the school holidays for sixth formers or younger students too, as a taster to help you understand a new industry and the world of work before deciding your chosen career path.

If you'd like to request a paid internship or voluntary work experience at LMC, please get in touch. You will need to complete a short application form to outline your experience to date (if applicable), the reason that you are applying to LMC, and what you are looking for in a role.
